Freeze-dried treats are naturally brittle. A small amount of crumbs or "dust" at the bottom of the bag is a normal result of shipping and does not qualify for a refund. This "candy dust" is packed with flavor and is perfect as a topping for ice cream or yogurt!
To receive your returnless refund, please email orders@visweets.ca with your order number and 1-2 photos of the issue. We process all requests within 48 hours.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the package has been shipped. Once your treats are in the hands of Canada Post, the sale is final.
