As a boutique small business, we prioritize quality over speed. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays or new product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.
To provide the most accurate and fair pricing, we utilize Live Carrier Rates. Your shipping cost is calculated in real-time at checkout based on the total weight of your sweets and your exact distance from the Comox Valley.

Freeze-dried candy is essentially "canned air" - it is extremely brittle. While we use high-grade protective materials, minor breakage or "candy dust" at the bottom of the bag is a natural result of the shipping process and does not affect the taste or quality of your treats.
Please double-check your shipping address! VI Sweets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
