We’ve paired the intense, airy crunch of our Tropical Rainbow Crunch with a creamy coconut-infused white chocolate base. It’s a vacation in every bite!

Ingredients
2 cups High-quality white chocolate melting wafers
1/2 cup VI Sweets Tropical Rainbow Crunch, slightly crushed
1/4 cup Toasted shredded coconut
Optional: A pinch of sea salt to balance the sweetness
Instructions
Prepare the Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt: Using a double boiler or a microwave (30-second intervals), melt the white chocolate until completely smooth.
The Tropical Swirl: Spread the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
Add the Crunch: While the chocolate is still wet, generously sprinkle your VI Sweets Tropical Rainbow Crunch over the top. Press them in very lightly so they stick.
The Finishing Touch: Sprinkle the toasted coconut and a tiny pinch of sea salt over the tray.
Chill: Place the tray in the fridge for at least 45 minutes or until firm.
Break & Serve: Once set, snap the bark into rustic, jagged pieces.
